City of Luminosity

This city is built with full of the fantastic yellow flowers and beautiful golden light from an artificial sun which never set. 

Design based on the three fundamental human’s requirements ‘protection, provision, participation’ on a city, and creating a none fossil fuel world for controlling Climate change. 

Within this project, there are two main parts: 

1. The landscape of yellow flowers field, which replaced all the traditional industry fields. 

2. The headquarters of U.S.E. government, which is a symbol, a power centre, a political centre, but also a tool of controlling. 

‘There is saying: that great artist uses the line, to tell the truth, but politician uses them to cover the truth up.’

This project is a metaphor for EU government; it tries to critic the Human-beings bring virtuous intention but shift to an opposite way just like a possible future of EU. Which means my project is dystopia wearing a mask of Utopia.
